VELESTO ENERGY BERHAD is currently looking to hire a talented individual to be part of VELESTO’s team.


1. Well Control Equipment Engineer

• Minimum THREE (3) years of experience working with oil and gas upstream activities (priority will be given to Sarawakian applicants).

• Experience with BOP System and strong mechanical background will be added advantages.

• Assist Senior Well Control Engineer with fleet support.

• Perform maintenance and testing on Well Control Equipment (WCE) to all rigs.

• Ensure WCE is in compliance with regulatory and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements.

• Provide the rig with technical advice/recommendations related to maintenance, operation, modification work and servicing of WCE.

• Assist with documentation control.

2. Manager Business Application 

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as business consultant or system analyst. Experience in Oil & Gas industry is an added advantage.

• Experience in supporting various core business application - based on relevant areas in ERP, Finance and Reporting, Productivity Suites.

• Understand the requirement between system and business users. Able to analyze and provide consultancy to both vendor and business users.

• Interacts with various levels of people to define system requirements and make recommendation for IT system implementation and enhancement.

• Responsible for writing documentation to describe custom configuration of applications and operating procedures.
