1. Procurement Support / Administrative Coordinator
Location : Putrajaya Office
Qualifications for Procurement Support / Administrative Coordinator:-
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Office Management / Business or any equivalent qualification
Experience: 0-1 years’ experience for entry-level positions
Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office
Comfort using business email system, such as Microsoft Outlook
Highly able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others
Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
Strong communication skills
Duties and responsibilities
2. Procurement Support – For TESSB
Location : Bintulu, Sarawak
Assisting Team Leader in managing and monitoring the sourcing activities.
To support procurement team for sourcing, preparing quotation, tender, agreement and contracts.
Monitor and evaluate the performance & quality of the new product from new supplier.
To negotiate & meet with supplier for better price & payment term.
To maintain good business relations with new supplier.
To assist the department manager on implement new process and business enhancement project that drive incremental value to company.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
3. Admin/Office Management for TESB / TESSB
Location : KL Office
Handle office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage phone calls, e-mail, correspondence memos, letters and forms
Schedule appointments/agendas/travel arrangement etc. for the upper management
Track stocks of office supplies and re-stock when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare documents/presentations as assigned
Maintain filing system and contact list
Assist colleagues whenever required
