Position: 

1. Management Executive, Strategic Initiatives Development & Monitoring 

Job description:

1) Conduct research and information gathering on new developments and new industry trend to assist the unit in developing the short and long-term strategy for the organization.

2) Gather input on the current business and operations of the organization, highlight key issues to achieve the targets set in the strategic plans, for review and assessment by the head of unit on the

overall strategic plan of the organization.

3) Request for quarterly update from various functions heads to prepare the quarterly MD report update to the Board.

4) Assist to plan and coordinate meeting, consolidate information or data required by various internal and external parties as part of new initiative programs.

5) Prepare the discussion notes and templates (as necessary) for reference of relevant parties on the new initiatives plan.

6) Assist to prepare the update for the top management and the Board (as necessary), the Annual Strategic Plan review reports and periodic progress reporting

Requirements:

1) Degree in Business Management or any relevant field

2) At least 1 year of experience in Operational and/or Financial of the relevant business
