1. Manager, Mobility
URGENTLY!
This position manages the due diligence and implementation of all statutory requirements related to local &
International Mobility of the assigned internal customers (Crew and/or FTE). This is primarily focused on
Personal Income Tax but extends to Permanent Establishment, Withholding Tax, Employment Contracting
models, Double Taxation Agreements, Chart Party types, Employment Pension and Social Securities.
Qualifications & Skills :-
Preferably a Bachelor of Degree in Accounting/Tax/ Business Administration, or equivalent;
Or CPA and/or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) professional certification preferred;
Preferably 5 years’ experience in Crewing or similar experience;
Strong knowledge in global mobility and expatriate tax function;
Similar work experience in a multi-national corporation preferred;
Understanding and strong knowledge of key concepts of global expatriate tax, internal global mobility tax policies and processes, and complex internal global and countries local structures; and
Advance excel advantageous.
