VELESTO ENERGY BERHAD is currently looking to hire a talented individual to be part of VELESTO’s team, in the following position:



1. MANAGER, OPERATIONS FINANCE

• Minimum 5 years in finance and accounting management preferably in Oil & Gas industry.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing, analyzing and reporting on budgets.

• Able to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and monitor projects through to completion.

• Handle monthly, quarterly and yearly full set of accounts and ensure financial reports are prepared on an accurate and timely manner and in compliance with accounting standards.

• Develop and consolidate Drilling business entities’ annual budget by working closely with departmental heads.

• Ensure compliance to tax obligations, including WHT where applicable.

• Manage Account Receivables to ensure sufficient working capital, review monthly Cash Flow Forecast for submission to Treasury.




2. MANAGER, DIGITAL PROJECT

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information
Technology or equivalent with 2-5 years experience working with Microsoft Windows Operating System or project management of infrastructure project implantation team
or PC hardware together with software troubleshooting and network component.

• Excellent communication skills and utmost integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

• Provide strategic plans on information and recommendations to achieve operational objectives.

• Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change to enhances department and organization reputation.

• To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by the company or authority.

• Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
