1. Business Analyst (Group Digital Transformation)

Responsibilities:
a) Design and implement product capabilities for RHB’s digital business ventures consistent with the business strategy and user journey
b) Innovate the existing user and product journeys to enhance user acquisition, user engagement and revenue streams
c) Influence and facilitate a culture driven by innovation, design thinking and agile practices

Requirements:
a) Bachelor Degree in related field
b) Min. 5 years’ experience, preferably with at least 2 years in banking strategy, banking products, digital innovation and business planning, project management, sales strategy
c) Experience related to Payment, QR Payment, remittance, RENTAS, core banking, SME, loan processing, CCRIS/CTOS.




2. Senior Delivery Manager (Group Digital Transformation)

Responsibilities:
a) Taking lead to manage technology implementation projects in banking and financial application domain.
b) Responsible to contribute for acceleration of Digital Transformation programs for the Bank.
c) Apply new project delivery methods to manage the adoption of new digital technologies effectively.
d) Taking the role of Scrum Master to serve the Product Owner and Squad team to adopt Agile principles and core values as the approach to deliver business values.
e) Facilitates Scrum activities, setup dashboards and tooling required for the Squad.
f) Promotes team dynamics towards self-organized team.

Requirements:
a) Bachelor Degree in related field
b) Min. 5 years of relevant experience as project lead, project manager or scrum master in IT systems project.
c) Financial institution, insurance, telecommunication or relevant industry
