1) Executive/Sr. Executive, Talent Management & Learning and Development 

Responsibilities:
1. To manage Talent Management & Learning and Development session
2. Execution of Talent Management Program and Engagement Session 
3. Responsible for annual training preparation including Training Need Analysis (TNA), training budget and yearly training calendar
4. Manage, coordinate, execute & monitor all development/technical training activities for Group Manufacturing
5. Responsible to prepare for technical and development training report for Group Human Capital PROTON and DRB HICOM and other management reporting
6. Responsible in managing HRDC matters including training grant, industrial training scheme and other related activity

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a field related to Human Resources Management, Organizational Studies, or Business Management/Administration
2. At least 1-2 years experience
3. Familiar with HRDC application/claim/documentation
4. Experience in manage audit is an added advantage
5. Management reporting

2)  Engineer- Trim & Final Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities
1. Enhance the operational performance by applying engineering solutions to optimize plant up-time and quality performance.
2. Troubleshoot on production problem and work on improvement projects independently.
3. Prepare, study and improve Standard Operation Procedure for production flow.
4. Participate with new product development and perform necessary task leading to mass production 
5. Execute and improve process according to PFMEA, Process Control Plan (PCP) and Process Flow Chart (PFC) 
6. Support Internal Audit for Manufacturing Process Audit (MPA) based on VDA 6.3 requirements.
7. Supports and improve existing manufacturing process flow, systems, create and buyoff new procedure.
8.Participate in continuous improvement project such as cost reduction, yield improvement and process optimization.

Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 1 years experience in automotive 
3. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2005 and IATF 16949:2016
4. Knowledge in VDA 6.3 Requirements and New Product Introduction

3) Executive, Shop Floor Control, Continuous Improvement Management Office (CIMO)

Key Responsibilities:
 
•  Coordinate and implement Shop Floor Management initiative. 
• Conduct diagnosis/assessment to evaluate shop floor condition 
• Promote & enforce Lean Manufacturing concepts at shop floor to boost productivity
• Establish lean knowledge training material and provide coaching & training on Lean practice 
• Streamline Hicom Management System (HMS) activities 
• To identify & analyze process improvement related to production line
 
 Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's Degree in Management/Engineering or related field
•  At least 2 years' experience in shop floor management & manufacturing
•  Knowledge in Lean Production System
• Knowledge in Shop Floor Management
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
