1) Executive, Development Monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and evaluate architectural and development projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

-Collaborate with project teams, architects, and contractors to address any deviations from the approved plans and specifications.

-Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess project performance, identify trends, and generate insights for informed decision-making.

-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to project milestones, budget adherence, and quality standards.

-Analyze and report on potential impacts of changes to project scope, timeline, or budget.

-Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that architectural designs and construction activities meet the established standards.

-Collaborate with quality control teams to address and resolve issues related to project quality.

-Work closely with financial teams to monitor project budgets and expenditures.

-Analyze cost data and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.

-Prepare regular status reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.

-Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and internal teams.

-Provide updates on project progress and address inquiries or concerns from stakeholders.

-Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in development monitoring activities.

-Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the development monitoring process.

Qualifications:

-At least Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

-Proven experience in architectural project management or development monitoring.

-Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in relevant software tools.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
