Job Description:
1. To assist the Manager in managing the departmental process and activities.
2. Facilitate and execute core task and activities of the department.
3. To assist in providing effective and timely output in meeting the job requirement target.
4. Work with the Manager to understand and refine business needs and to ensure all work process and activities related to the department have the appropriate approval and supported by valid and relevant documents.
5. Monitor the progress of departmental business and activities and able to undertake remedial action whenever requires.
6. Manage department's report as and when requires by the superior.
7. To assist the Manager in reviewing of SOP and policies related to business and activities of the department.
8. Maintains and keeping a good record of documentation.
9. To act as a liaison officer for of the Department and able to liaise with others whenever requires.
10. Any other matters as and when required/instructed.

Qualifications & Experience
1) Candidate must have at least a Diploma or Degree in the related field.
2) Have experience at least 1 year or above in the related field.
3) Candidate with financial or banking background will be an advantage.
