 General Requirements for All Roles:
 1. Experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industries
 2. Turnaround experience 
 3. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field for senior level
 4. Possess a Diploma or any related field for junior level
 5. At least 10-15 years of experience for senior level
 6. At least 5 years of experience for junior level
