Job Description:

1. Prepare relevant paper works for Management Paper (MP), Letter of Appointment (LOA) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation, compilation of relevant data.

2. Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer requirements are fully communicated throughout the business.

3. Maintaining good relations and communications with all members of the team; working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture.

4. Support the coordination of activities, events and other initiatives organized by the department / division / company.

5. Comply with Data Protection Act and company policy & procedure.

6. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.

7. Planning, monitoring, progress payment processing, final account.
