Manager (Turnaround Management)

Accountability :

To lead and manage TAR&SD Coordination section to implement optimized Plant Turnaround/ Shutdown, Management Strategy in BPC site with regards to the shutdown and turnaround in all production complexes. These include planning, preparation, coordinating and supervising within the OT, Plant Operation, In-house contractors and Turnaround Contractor to comply with safety, quality, time and cost target.

Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in related field.

Location : Gebeng, Pahang.

Executive (Maintenance Safety)

Accountability :

1. Coordinate, lead safety observations, guide work leaders & execution team, coordinate and execute safety communication meetings with stakeholders
2. Coordinate incident investigations for HSE incidents and facilitate investigations for any HSE accident & near misses tracking and reporting on progress.
3. Plans and executes safety planning and safety programs for Site Maintenance team and contractors
4. To conduct HSE internal Audits / inspections Leverages on current mechanism and procedures.
5. Focal person to focus on safety program implementation and communications.

Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
Location : Gebeng, Pahang.

Manager (Utilities)

Functional Task :

1) Manage and direct the production team towards realizing overall activities of respective plant(s)/ section/utilities
2) Oversee and manage the overall activities of respective plant(s)/ section/utilities in order to ensure the achievement of set production, efficiency, safety and plant availability targets, goals, and objectives.
3) Advice Shift team on handling, operating and troubleshooting on/during process abnormalities
4) Liaise with key internal and external parties (TPO, Maintenance coordinator, SHO, Production planner, logistics etc) such as interdepartmental functions, industry experts

Minimum 7 - 10 years working experience in related field & industry
Location : Gebeng, Kuantan, Pahang.
