PETRONAS: Assistant Project Manager
are looking for a Assistant Project Manager to join our team.
Working Location: Remote
Normal Working Days/Hours (9am-6pm) 8 hours
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any background.
Job description
-Lead and motivate all staff throughout the project, ensuring relevant technical knowledge are made available and communicated to all staff.
-To ensure the projects are completed with safety, on time, within budget, and of quality works to the satisfaction of customers and/or consultants.
-To liaise with clients, contractors, and design team for continual good relationship.
-To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company.
-Collation for certificate of work completion and submission to project owner
-Support in the monthly service report for Purchase Order requisition process
-To prepare formal project progress and other reports includes but not limited to weekly progress report, master schedule, risk register and sprint documentation tracker
-Supports in the preparation of the project execution plan
-Liaise closely with the local project managers to obtain the information that is required
-Ensure that the local project managers are aligned and accountable with the reporting information
-To attend meetings and draft minutes
-Support in the update of the project tracker and ensure that or data quality validation errors are resolved
-Support in ensuring the relevant scores for the project key performance indicators are being achieved
-Support the closure process of the projects
-Ad hoc duties as per assigned
Qualifications
-Degree in engineering disciplines, project management, data analyst, or equivalent
-Experience and knowledge of the main project management concepts, reporting, tools and techniques
-Experienced in Agile methodology
Team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations
-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
-Ability to write reports, draft minutes and attend meetings with international clients
-Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products &, preferable to be proficient in Microsoft Power BI
-Fluent in spoken and written English
