currently looking for talents to join our Procurement team, particularly as an Associate Manager.

Experience : Minimum of 4 years working experience in related field
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or any related field
Possess relevant experience / training in procurement governance, procurement risk and procurement compliance activities
Roles :
● Review, propose, and update any changes or improvement in the current Procurement Policy and Procurement IDRA MS ISO 9001: 2015
● To attend to all matters regarding audit queries or any relevant issues on the related policies and procedures
● Create, maintain, communicate and implement procurement governance processes and policies
● Introduce procurement governance training materials, manuals and briefing sessions
● Drive continuous improvement of procurement governance policies framework based on stakeholder feedback
● Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures related to procurement governance
● Maintain a risk and issues register and suggest mitigating actions for procurement risk
● Work with stakeholders to support wider compliance and risk activities in relation to; International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
