Position:
1) Procurement Coordinator
Location: KL Office/ Putrajaya Office
Qualifications:
1. Preferably Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Office Management, Supply Chain and/or Engineering or any equivalent qualification
2. Experience: 0-1 years’ experience for entry-level positions
3. Min 1-2 years relevant experience preferably in plantation/power plant/oil & gas industry
4. Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office
5. Comfort using business email system, such as Microsoft Outlook
6. Highly able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others
7. Strong communication skills
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
9. Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Handle office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2. To support management to complete any tender proposal (Technical & Commercial) or RFQ for any tender Bid or Inquiry participate by the company and must be reviewed and approved by the management before submission to the client.
3. To follow up, communicate, correspond and provide an accurate report on time to respective principals or suppliers, or manufacturers on customer and market status, with concern from management.
4. Manage phone calls, e-mail, correspondence memos, letters and forms
5. Schedule appointments/agendas/travel arrangement etc. for the upper management
6. Track stocks of office supplies and re-stock when necessary
7. Submit timely reports and prepare documents/presentations as assigned
8. Maintain filing system and contact list
9. Assist colleagues whenever required
