1) ITSM Operation Support Analyst, ServiceNow Developer*
Key deliverables are:
- Experience in ServiceNow development, e.g., workflow, service catalogs, forms, API integrations, service mapping, etc., by leveraging JavaScript or other scripting methods
- ServiceNow frontline support
*The successful candidate would be hired through an empaneled agency.
2) Product Manager (Permanent)
Key deliverables are:
- Deliver substantial IT Projects and technology solutions.
- Focuses on developing user-centered solutions.
- Owns the product vision and roadmap for digital products in the portfolio.
Requirement:
- CGPA 3.0 & above
- Degree with related experiences
