JOBSCOPE
1.   Perform SAP closing, extract detailed profit & Loss 
2.   Monthly Management Account
3.   Review payment requisition form/payment voucher accuracy and promptness
4.   Bank reconciliation for CIMB Main, A/C 2, Maybank
5.   Compile/Checking & submission Service Tax Return (SST-02) to Tax department for review
6.   Prepare 9th month revision/Yearly Tax estimate
7.   Prepare information for Annual tax filing
8.   Finalize Statutory Financial Statement
9.   Prepare, compile & monitor budget for Semasa Parking 
10. IFCA setting up, checking, posting data import from residential module
11. Attend to ad-hoc duties/request/ project and support accordingly

5.     To attend site survey, site visit and any related networking events to attract andretain clients.
6.     To develop and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
7.     Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
8.     Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
9.     Collaborating with management on sales goals
10.  Monitor, update and manage the validity of car park operation license (For upstream carpark sites)

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management /Architecture or other equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry (mainly on QAQCsupervision of works).
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance role with at least 3 years experience in asupervision works (IBS/PPVC works)
