Vacancy: HR Executive
Location: Nissei Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Prai, Penang

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Orientation and Training
- Develop and deliver comprehensive orientation programs to ensure employees understand company policies, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Revise and adapt training materials to reflect changing workplace needs.

2. Internal & External Training Coordination
- Create yearly training calendars and master plans, including refresher programs.
- Collaborate with departments to assess training needs and implement relevant programs.

3. Compliance and Audits
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and monitor Labour & Risk Register to ensure compliance with labor laws, including working hours and rest periods.
- Address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented.

4. HR Policies & Procedures
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with statutory regulations and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all HR policies and procedures.

5. Recruitment & Employee Relations
- Recruit local and foreign talent to meet production demands.
- Ensure compliance with ethical hiring practices, particularly for foreign contract workers.
- Conduct audits and interviews to uphold fair labor practices.

6. Administration & Support
- Provide guidance to HR officers and clerks on day-to-day HR activities.
- Support government agency interactions and foreign worker renewals.
- Conduct refresher training and promote employee development.

7. Authority & Decision-Making
- Recommend training programs and filter suitable candidates for positions.
- Monitor statutory updates and ensure compliance across HR practices.
- Coordinate with third-party employment agencies to ensure adherence to company standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on training, compliance, and recruitment.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, HRDF procedures, and ISO standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
