Job Title: Contract Executive (Quantity Surveyor)
Location: Puncak Alam, Selangor

About Us:
We are the Industry Division of IJM Group, one of Malaysia’s leading conglomerates. We are now looking for an experienced Contract Executive to join our team!

Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Contract Executive to handle our contract lifecycle management. This role is critical in ensuring our agreements align with legal and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-To draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including terms and conditions for construction projects.
Manage changes in project scope by amending contracts and communicating updates to relevant parties.
-Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
-Address and resolve contract-related issues, disputes, and conflicts that arise during project execution.
-Prepare and manage cost reports, track expenditures and approve payment requests based on contract terms.
-Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays or miscommunication.
-Oversee contract execution, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations according to the agreed timelines.
-Propose solutions or compensation measures in case of breach of contract or non-compliance.
-Verify and approve the final payments, ensuring that all parties have met their contractual obligations.
-Evaluate existing contract processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks. 
-Prepare and present reports on contract status, costs, risks, and project performance to senior management.

Requirement:

-Preferably 3 years experiences in construction contract management
-Candidate must possess at least Degree in Construction Management/ Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent
-A detailed-oriented person, strong negotiator & good problem solver will be an added advantage.
-Occasionally requires on-site visits to construction projects to assess compliance and monitor progress.
-Familiar with local, national, or international construction laws and regulations.
-The office is located at Bestari Jaya, Rawang & the site is located at Puncak Alam. 
-Experianced with Highrise Building construction.
