Job Descriptions :-
🔥 Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all documents to prevent financial losses resulting from fraud or non-compliance in investment transactions.
🔥 Provide reliable and accurate document verification services to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
🔥 Implement and adhere to standardized verification processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in handling investment documents.
🔥  Perform regular checks and audits of documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with financial regulations and internal standards.
🔥 Ensure the confidentiality and security of all client documentation, adhering to data protection laws and safeguarding sensitive information.

2) Executive, Outbound Call

Job Descriptions :-
🔥 Verify and update customer information to prevent financial losses due to fraud or non-compliance, safeguarding AmBank’s assets.
🔥 Ensure accurate client data is maintained, preventing disruptions in service delivery and supports ongoing client relationships that contribute to revenue.
🔥 Provide updated and verified customer information to internal teams, such as compliance, risk management, and customer service, to support their functions effectively.
🔥 Liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring that relevant information is communicated accurately and promptly to support decision-making.
🔥 Adhere to data protection and confidentiality standards, ensuring that all customer information is handled securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.
