REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the field of construction.
3. Knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and equipment.
4. Experience with cost estimating, budgeting and financial forecasting.
5. Knowledge of construction contracts.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of team.
