Job Specification
·      Any relevant tertiary qualification preferably Degree in Engineering, Procurement/ Business Administration and Management
·      At least 8 years in Oil & Gas industry; minimum 3 years as Senior Buyer and/or Senior Expeditor
·      Familiar with project procurement functions
·      Good analytical, supervisory, communication and negotiation skills and able to work independently
·      Proficient in the use of computing facilities and common software (MS Word, Excel etc).
·      Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English, other languages a plus
