1. Collection Strategy & Analytics under Retail Collection & Recovery Management.

Responsibilities
• Plan the Retail Collection & Recovery Management's performance target, participate in business planning, formulate collection strategies and improve processes to ensure unit's objectives and targets are achieved.
• Responsible for all Collection Management related reporting and collector's performance achievement.
• Plan and support business budgeting and forecast processes.
• Formulate and execute strategies to achieve the department’s budget and target
• Perform analysis to seek for opportunity in improving delinquency, impaired loan ratio and improve recoveries.
• To manage all process improvement to enhance effectiveness and efficiency within MIS Unit

Requirements
• More than 5 years banking experience.
• Familiar with SQL, SAS or any related with MIS job function.
