currently looking for talents to join our Finance team, particularly as an Associate.

Position : 

1. Associate, Fund Management Unit

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in working experience
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

Roles :
● Assist on input and upload data for capital and operating expenditure in Fund Management Module

● Liaise with the user for any proposal on budget transfer and update register for non-budgeted asset, supplies and services

● Assist on ensuring all the actual expenses has been captured in the
budgeted general ledger code and cost center

● Assist on generating monthly cost center report by department or
division level

● Assist on maintaining the shared folder cost center reporting (administrator roles)

● Assist on assigning the general ledger and cost center code to be processed by Accounts Payable Unit are completely aligned with budget approved

● Assist on reviewing all input data made by Accounts Payable Unit in the SAP system are correct and ensure assigned to the budgeted
expenses and cost center
